A rotten section swapped out on a Saturday is covered by that sentence as surely as a fence going in from scratch.
Peru also says how long it takes, which is more than most towns publish: permits generally take two weeks to review and process, longer if the plans come back for changes. That two weeks is in the schedule we give you. The building and zoning office is at 1901 4th Street.
